A day of football, friendship, and fierce competition marked Maccabi FC's participation in Football Victoria's CCC Gala Day on Sunday, November 10th. Two Maccabi teams, the U9 Eagles and the U10 MaccaBEES, proudly represented the club and experienced a memorable day.
The U10 MaccaBEES were over the moon to step onto the hallowed ground of 'The Home of the Matildas'. They faced tough opponents but displayed unwavering determination and teamwork throughout the day. "It was an incredible experience," shared Coach Ari, "We learned so much and had so much fun!"
The U9 Eagles, though they didn't secure a win, relished the opportunity to reunite as a team and enjoy the beautiful game. Their coach, Coach Gary, praised their sportsmanship and positive attitude.

Football Victoria’s CCC Gala Day is designed to promote inclusivity, community engagement, and the joy of playing football. This exciting event held on Sunday 10 Nov, is a celebration of grassroots football, bringing together young players, coaches, and families from across the state.
